Burley are passionate about making products that will benefit the customer and the environment by being as green as possible. Even for a small company they punch way above their weight.
They have a never-ending policy of assessment to reduce their impact on the environment, which includes generating their electricity with a 200kW array of PV panels in their own factory roof and 300kW on other buildings. Not only does this generate most of the total energy they use, but it also provides electricity for up to 170 houses at weekends.
Nearly all of their heating in the factory is recirculated heat from fires and stoves which are being tested, the offices are heated by biomass.

Established in 1985, Burley Fires have created a reputation of producing world class products and a wide range of products to choose from using all different fuel types.
Burley’s electric fire range encompasses the timeless, classically designed traditional models through to the most contemporary wall mounted fires with LED light source and unique hand-finished trims.
In 1998, Burley created the first flueless gas fire to be sold in the UK. This market continues to grow and provides a superb solution for those living in properties without a chimney or flue to enjoy a real flame fire.
