Stovax & Gazco New 200,000sft Manufacturing Complex In Skypark Exeter

Gazco & Stovax have made a monumental move to Skypark, with its combination of industrial, office, and distribution space, is a strategic decision to consolidate and enhance  manufacturing and business operations. The proximity to Exeter Airport and the current location, along with the new facilities, will provide opportunities for improved logistics, communications, and productivity. The emphasis on sustainability . Designing the building to meet the BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standard demonstrates Gazco Stovax commitment to environmental responsibility.

By incorporating the latest technology, insulation, and energy-efficient systems,  will now reduce energy usage and carbon footprint. Gazco Stovax has been operating for 40 years and exports to more than 25 countries with a range of wood-burning, gas, and electric heating appliances.The Stovax Heating Group is a subsidiary of the US$5bn turnover NIBE Group, and Stovax & Gazco previously employed  Aprox 300 staff at nine sites at Exeter’s Sowton Industrial Estate.
